If you are the buyer, Lawrence & Jurkiewicz, LLC will assist, as needed, in providing documents to the lender which are to obtain your loan commitment, and will undertake to deliver to the lender a legal opinion confirming that the commercial real estate transaction is duly authorized, and that the loan documents are enforceable.
